Oceania Marina is located in the beautiful city of Sunny Isles Beach Florida.  The Marina gives Oceania condominium residents the ability to own or rent a boat slip. The marina is an accessory use to the owners of Oceania I, II, III, IV, and V.

There are currently 35 boat slips ranging from 40 feet to 65 feet.

Oceania is the only luxury condominium along Sunny Isles Beach that has a marina.

Our marina is nested in between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal water way.  It has been considered a safe haven for hurricanes withstanding various storms in the past.

The marina is located a few minutes to Bakers Haulover Inlet. There are no bridges to slow you down.

We are minutes away from the cities of Aventura, Bal Harbour, Golden Beach and Miami Beach.
